When making research framed within the Latin American identity it was reached the conclusion that this region comprising countries of South and Central America had a very wide cultural wealth since in each country not only it has an identity but many identities that are evident complex cosmogony range from full, then it was decided to delve into the cuisines of some iconic regions of each country and a food that not only prepared in different parts of the American continent but also in the old continent called as blancmange found .
